How does your server monitoring work?
Our monitoring system will connect to your server at a set interval (usually every 1 min) to ensure that it is online. If the server is found in a faulty state, a ticket is automatically sent to our emergency department to investigate.
Do you offer cPanel licenses?
Yes! We offer internal cPanel licenses which can be added to dedicated servers within our network. cPanel licenses can be added at checkout.
How many IPs can I add to my server?
We allow up to 128 IP addresses on each individual server.
How can I add management to my dedicated server?
You can add management at checkout, or you can add it at any time after checking out by opening a ticket with us.
